HubduH Refund Policy

At HubduH, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and reliable experience for all users. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund for purchases made on our platform.
1. Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

PRO Plans or Paid Subscriptions:
If you experience major technical issues, were incorrectly charged, or did not use the service after purchase, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of the transaction. -
Paid Content (e.g., videos):
If a purchased video is unavailable, incomplete, misleading, or has serious playback errors, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

If the content was fully viewed or downloaded.

If the request is made after the refund window (7 days for subscriptions, 48 hours for videos).

In cases of buyer’s remorse without a valid issue.

For purchases made through third parties or outside of HubduH's official platform.
3. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with an approval, denial, or request for more details.
4. Refund Method
If your refund is approved:

It will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Processing times vary by provider, but typically take 5 to 10 business days.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation will stop future charges, but will not automatically trigger a refund for prior payments unless you are still within the refund window.
